Already ordered at getscentech.com and the question is about delivery, a return or the warranty? support@scentech.store is the right address for that too. Quote the order number and it will move faster. The shop also runs a WhatsApp channel for customers, linked from getscentech.com itself.
If your question is about which oil to buy
We can tell you which kind of bottle fits which kind of machine, and what it costs by the millilitre, because those are published figures. We cannot tell you whether a particular oil is safe around your cat, your baby or your asthma, and we will say so rather than guess. Ask a vet or a pharmacist for that.
Before you order from the UK
On 9 September 2026 the Scentech checkout offered no shipping option for a British address. If that matters to you, ask us by email before you build a basket rather than finding out at the last step.
